The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and has been arranged to provide a welcoming, practical and comfortable stay. The double bedroom features a wardrobe and a window, creating a quiet space for a restful night, while the living area includes a double sofa bed, Smart TV and dining table, offering a comfortable setting for relaxing or enjoying meals together.



The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet and bidet and also includes a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi, making it suitable for guests who need to work remotely or simply want to enjoy their favourite streaming services. Bed linen is provided, together with a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper, as well as a set of three towels per person for the face, shower and bidet.



One of the most enjoyable areas of the apartment is the private balcony, furnished with sun loungers and overlooking the surrounding landscape. It is a peaceful personal space where you can start the morning with a coffee, read in the fresh air or simply slow down and take in the view.

A free and guaranteed private parking space is available within the property. Having a car is strongly recommended when staying at Uliveto. Montechiaro retains the authentic character of the hilly areas of the peninsula, with narrow roads and relatively infrequent public transport. Travelling by car therefore gives you much greater freedom and makes it easier to explore Vico Equense, Sorrento and the many other destinations in the surrounding area.



Due to the nature of the local roads, guests should not attempt to reach the property independently on their first arrival. Digital maps do not always indicate the easiest route, and some roads can be particularly narrow. It is therefore essential to contact the property before arrival and arrange a meeting point. The owner or a member of the staff will welcome you personally and guide you along the easiest and most suitable route to Uliveto. Once you have made the journey for the first time and become familiar with the road, getting around independently will be much easier.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and must always be arranged in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are therefore asked to communicate their approximate arrival time before travelling so that the personal welcome can be organised accordingly.



At check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid identification document, as guest details must be registered with the relevant authorities in accordance with Italian regulations.



From April to October, the Municipality of Vico Equense also applies a tourist tax of €3 per person per night. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival, unless an exemption provided by current regulations applies.
