The process was easy and condo was awesome for our family of five. It was very convenient to the slopes. My only complaint was I wish there were more snow, haha!

We had 8 people so having 3 full bathrooms and a bed for everyone was perfect. Down fall was there was not enough seating in the living room for everyone at one time. In my opinion this is a major downfall. The living room was so small. Its a nice place and well maintained. Great to have a washer and dryer. The dining area worked pretty good and there was enough seating. We were excited to be able to use the hot tub and it was directly across the street from the condo so it would have been perfect but when we got there it was out of order! So disappointing because we received many emails about the hot tub rules. Oh well, hopefully its open when you go because its steps from the front door. Overall it was a nice place and close to the shuttle so it worked out perfect for our group of skiiers and snowboarders.

Good location with shuttle access right out your resort (important). Basic condo with, basic only, necessities. Maps and information in unit was only about Breckinridge, although condo is Keystone.
