2026 Beach Update: Beach access directly in front of Seascape is closed. Guests must use neighboring beach access.  The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

Seascape 317 is a stunning oceanfront condo with a balcony that puts you directly above the water, pool access, and the kind of sunrise views from the front windows that guests say give their entire day a glorious start. It’s everything it’s cracked up to be — and then some. Beautiful views, impeccably maintained, quiet and safe for solo travelers and families alike. The owner responds almost immediately to any questions. ZERO complaints from guests who stay here.

For anyone looking for a true oceanfront IOP experience at Wild Dunes, Seascape 317 is the one.

Please note: Beach erosion is temporarily affecting direct beach access at Seascape. Depending on your visit dates, guests may need to use a neighboring beach access path — a short walk away.
