Welcome to your tropical-inspired retreat! This stylish rental is a lush escape, featuring vibrant greenery, a bold blue accent wall, and tropical leaf wallpaper that bring a fresh, vacation-like feel. Vaulted ceilings add an airy touch, while the cozy fireplace is perfect for unwinding. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed, oval soaking tub, and blackout curtains. In summer, take advantage of the outdoor pool—ideal for soaking up the Colorado sunshine.
Wake up and take a leisurely 12-minute walk to Jessup Farm, where you can sip a handcrafted latte, browse local boutiques, or enjoy a fresh farm-to-table meal in a charming courtyard. Right across the street, everything you need is at your fingertips—grab groceries at King Soopers, enjoy a pint at William Oliver’s Pub, or indulge in a slice from Krazy Karl’s Pizza. Old Town Fort Collins is just 10 minutes away, offering lively breweries, unique shops, and a vibrant nightlife scene in a picturesque, historic district.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener.
BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms, one has a large oval soaking tub. We always include a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout curtains, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: There is a covered carport for one vehicle, additional parking in the lot.
NOTE: This property is located on the third (top) floor and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator.

Good location, nice size unit, kitchen had necessary utensils etc.Cleanliness was an issue. Does not appear to be cleaned professionally. Example: trays holding eating utensils had old food bits in the tray. Toilets not properly cleaned. Kitchen cabinets had a greasy film, which my wife cleaned as she didn't want to deal with that for a month's stay.Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. The communication with Mountain Time (Stacy) was excellent.

Very nice condo. It had all the kitchen items you could want. A few extra towels would be nice. We had to wash often.
