Note: Pets are welcome with prior approval, a signed pet agreement, and a $25 per day fee per pet. Limit of 2 pets under 25 lbs each.
House Rules:

-All guests and pets must be registered prior to check-in.
-This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.
-Quiet hours for the Sunflower Flats Community are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-Shared common spaces at Sunflower Flats—including the community laundry center, backyard with community grill, and fireplace—are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests are required to clean up after themselves.

PET POLICY:
-A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $25 per pet applies.
