Emerald Hill 22 is a freshly remodeled condo unit just steps from its Gulf private beach of sugar white sand and clear water.
Located in Seagrove Beach, along Scenic Highway 30A, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit can accommodate 8 guests.

The ground floor, with private garage entry, leads upstairs to the living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room (65” TV), dining area, reading area, 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a balcony overlooking the tropical style pool.

On 3rd floor, the master suite comprises of a small study room, built in closet, a bathroom, and a private balcony with ocean and pool view. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king mattress, a 65” TV, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. The spa-inspired master bath includes a spacious shower with rain shower head, glass shower doors and a wide vanity mirror.
The 2nd bedroom hosts a comfortable queen bed, freshly built-in twin bunks with reading lights, built-in closets, a 40” TV, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains and a private bath.

In additional, a dual built-in bunk with reading lights and electrical outlet conveniently installed by its shelf headrest, is located in the hallway. The pillow top mattresses on hallway bunks are comfortable but narrower (78”x 27”) than regular twin size. An elegant built-in hall tree organizer with drawers, shelves, bench, hooks and a closet is right across from it; and completes the available sleeping quarters, all with custom bedding.

Beach inspired décor is visible throughout the property.

Located on the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the private white sand beach and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, Butterfly Bike & Kayak rental and 30A Outfitters Souvenir stores are across the street, restaurants and a Cumberland Farms gas station are within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular state parks, as well.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
