You have reached the perfect destination with this beautifully decorated Villa located in the heart of Beautiful Seagrove Beach just minutes from great restaurants and famous Seaside. Villas at Seagrove C401 is a four bedroom unit on the fourth floor with easy elevator access. This condominium is spacious and cheerful if you are looking for a luxurious affordable beach experience this is the place. The beach access is located across Scenic 30A and there is a pool that you can swim laps in on the property.

Beach Access:
Follow the sidewalk towards Grand Isle, then cross 30A and use pedestrian gate on Majestica Circle, the follow to beach access.

Very cozy place with near beach access. Other than a few small maintenance/convenience things we had a wonderful time. The heated pool on property was great to entertain a toddler. I would recommend reviewing the kitchen for maintenance (disposal) and for key items that a guest might not bring with them (oven mit, etc.) Thanks for letting us stay!

I recently stayed at a unit with a stunning view of the ocean, which made for a beautiful backdrop throughout my visit. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local restaurants and beaches.
However
However, the unit itself was in need of a facelift. Some aspects felt dated, and a bit of updating would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
I was disappointed with my stay due to a few issues. The unit was missing potholders, which made cooking a hassle. More concerning, there was a strong odor of dog urine that was quite unpleasant. We had to buy vinegar to help mitigate the smell. Overall, while the location was great, these issues detracted significantly from our experience.
On a positive note, the management company was responsive and helpful, though out our trip.
