The home is offered as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom at the price advertised, or, with a 5th bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for an additional $100 per night. Should you wish to have the 5th bedroom please send a message indicating your choice and an invoice will be sent to you via the Stayz site for the additional fee. There is a fully stocked kitchen, 2 spacious living areas, 2 outdoor sitting areas, including the outdoor pool with full undercover veranda and a large fully fenced rear yard so your fur babies can roam in safety.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds, main suite with ensuite, and 3 upstairs, 1 with queen size bed, 1 with double bunk and the other with 2 single beds. Please note, BYO pillow cases, linen and towels. Pillows, blankets are provided.

There are 3 bathrooms, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs and 1 ensuite with the additional main bedroom suite.
