Dive into the pristine waters of Wakondah Pond for swimming and relaxation. This spacious rental accommodates up to 8 guests, providing essential amenities. With three levels (STAIRS INSIDE & OUTSDIE), including 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all rooms furnished with king-sized beds). Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy outdoor grilling and entertainment on 4 TVs. The location is ideal for participating in local fishing derbies, and fitness enthusiasts can use the on-site PELOTON Bike. NO Smoking and animals allowed at property due to OWNERS SEVERE ALLERGIES. The house and the location are beautiful. We love the nature on and around the pond. I enjoyed using the Merlin bird app to help identify all the different birds. We were so grateful that the host provided all the little things like trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, baggies, etc, and beds were made when we arrived. Host was very helpful. We had a great trip!

Our fourth stay here.On the quietest pond, complete with loons.House has always been perfectly clean and well stocked with everything you need.Mini-split A/C gives every guest their own temp control.Owners are very conscientious and any issues that arise are dealt with immediately.Close to town but has a woodsy, remote feel.Comes with 3 nice Old Town 9' kayaks and a sandy put-in spot for water fun.Just heavenly!

We found it a well-appointed, beautiful and spacious rental home located on Wakondah Pond. After many years of renting various homes, I have to say this was one of the best, well-supplied, clean homes in which we have stayed. While it was a bit chilly when we were there to use the supplied kayaks on the lake, it was a delight to know that they were available. If it had been Summer, we definitely would have used the decks and the lakeside chairs longer and more frequently.Each room had its own temperature-regulated system so we were all very comfortable throughout the house. The rental gave the feeling of being isolated, but we were actually only a few miles from the town of Meredith and some great restaurants, which we frequented every evening.We have visited this area before and have always found new hiking trails and places to visit every year.

We had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. The view of the lake is so tranquil. We had the pond literally all to ourselves. It was a great base location to take in all the sights of the area. The house was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. I especially appreciated the grab bars in the bathrooms. While we did not go swimming we did enjoy kayaking and fishing (which was excellent, lots of bass and pickerel). Would highly recommend staying here.
