Enjoy your stay at our 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex located in south central Austin, 10 minutes from downtown, Austin conventional center, Zilker Park, Barton spring pool, 6th St, Barton Creek Greenbelt S. Lamar and S. Congress , ACL, SXSW, South medical center, and everything fun Austin has to offer. Enjoy evenings in our front deck with an amazing sky view or our fenced backyard surrounded by big trees! The private and peaceful location of our home is perfect for your staycations and remote work.

Very nice property, it is a duplex which we did not realize when booking but it worked out well for our family.

The property is actually a duplex, 2 separate units. If you have a large group where you all want to be under the same roof the entire time then this may be an issue. I had my 2 adult children and it actually worked well as they had their own space to retreat to. We are on different schedules so worked well as we could go to bed and get up without much worry. The location was reasonably close to SoCo, a short Uber ride in. The property was reasonably priced considering we stayed during the F1 race weekend and all the lodging was jacked up in price.
Our only complaint was the bed mattress which was a bit too soft for our preference.
Checkin and communication was easy.
