Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75/night
Yes, dogs (only) are allowed with a pet fee of $150.00 per dog (2 dog limit)

We had a great few days here visiting St. Simons. I appreciated that Lilmar provided the option of renting beach gear and anything else we needed. The house was very clean, modern, and the pool was great for our needs. One issue we had was with the wifi not working; however, as soon as we communicated this, Lilmar sent someone to fix it. They did mention there was an issue with xfinity so not the fault of the property owner. Overall a great time and we will be looking to stay here again when we come back to St. Simons.

The house worked out perfectly for our family and the kids bringing friends. There is a big common area with an open kitchen, dining, and living space. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bath. The weather was chilly when we were there so we appreciated the heated pool. We loved the decor and everything was neat and tidy. Thank you!

House was over-all nice. Close to beach. Well maintained. The house, however, could have used a good cleaning.
