Same level deck allows easy access to outside for outdoor entertainment. Few steps below is a bubbly jacuzzi spa and a Bar B Q's (Gas & Charcoal). The Space- Whole Downstairs with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom w Tub and rain shower, full kitchen, dining room, Living room, Den with 55inch smart TV. TV also in Main Bedroom. Garage and upstairs Unit not included. Very Private! T Note on Privacy: The lower level is completely yours. We do have an owners unit in a separate upstairs suite with its own private entrance. We travel often and try to be away when guests are here, but we are occasionally upstairs. Your space is entirely private, and we respect your peace! There are 3 parking spots in driveway & two spots in front of home. Please do not park on street without pass on windshield, car cannot be parked sticking out in street from driveway, DO NOT SPEED please! If you get a ticket it comes to me and you will need to pay it.
