The apartment is located in a residence with a swimming pool (collective) with a dimension of 4 m by 12m. The residence has few apartments, so access remains easy and accessible all year round, even in high season.
The apartment is very bright, and oriented towards the outside, with a very pretty garden with a large terrace of 30 m2 equipped with a large garden furniture. Indeed, each room has its own access to the garden through French windows, which go around the apartment. An electric awning allows you to enjoy the outdoors if necessary while protecting yourself from the sun, and from the wind thanks to its wind detector with integrated lighting, it allows you to enjoy the outdoors once night falls.
