This luxury penthouse condo is located on the top floor, has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and offers the most stunning views of Anna Maria Sound from the screened in lanai. Just a two-minute car ride away from beautiful Anna Maria Island, the pristine white sand beaches and turquoise water await!
Guests will have access to the pool shown in the first photo, the splash pad, and BBQ area, all located in front of the condo building.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests that book a reservation & stay for "ONE-MONTH or Longer" will receive additional access to The BEACH CLUB with the extra amenities of (the clubhouse, the beach club pool, restaurant, fitness center, walking paths, separate beach area).
Accessible by elevator, you will immediately notice the many decorative upgrades and amenities the condo has to offer as you walk through the front door.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and oversized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower tub combination.
The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children, and another third bathroom just outside by the hallway with a shower tub combination.
The living room offers comfortable seating; a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet is included.
The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances such as a french door refrigerator, double oven, microwave and a large granite counter-top island with height adjustable chairs. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.
With an eastern exposure, the screened in lanai will make for some breathtaking sunrises while you enjoy your cup of coffee or breakfast. The glass sliding doors to the living room open up almost entirely, transforming the screened-in lanai as an extended living room. In the afternoon, after a long day at the beach, the lanai provides plenty of shade for a relaxing few hours for reading a book, playing a board game, or sipping the occasional tropical cocktail.
The heated resort style pool is just a few steps away and offers plenty of loungers to relax. A BBQ and picnic area along with a playground are right next to the pool.

We had an excellent stay! The condo was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. The host was readily available if we needed anything and made the entire process seamless. We also really appreciated the beach supplies—they made our time at the beach so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Very nice property. Easy access to AMI. Any issue was addressed immediately. Lovely water view from screened porch. Only recommendation would be to supply a full size blender. There is a very small Magic Bullet in the unit.

The condo is stunning! Everything is nearly new. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are big. The decorations and dishes are high end and it looks out over a beautiful wide inlet with a paved walking trail that goes all the way around it. Very safe and quiet gated community. The pool is steps from the entrance to the building. It’s fairly small. Island Dreams Realty was very responsive during our stay when we had some questions.

This is the best place we have ever stayed in Bradenton area! Condo is beautiful and stocked with everything needed for your stay! Location is perfect…minutes to Holmes Beach, Publix grocery, and some of the best restaurants around. The 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, gorgeous beach towels, cooler, and sand toys made our trips to the beach easy and convenient everyday! And the pool is also amazing! Also very close to boat and wave runner rentals! Highly recommend the ecotour as well as a walk through the nearby preservations! Even saw flamingos!!Not one bad thing about this property. Will be back!
