This property was very clean and as advertised.We were there for a Cedar Point vacation, and this property is about 30 mins away. For us, the cost savings was worth the drive (properties in Sandusky were much more expensive the weekend we visited). The house is very close to the Port Clinton beaches and town amenities (walkable) and was in a quiet neighborhood. We comfortably slept 6 in regular beds (we had 2 couples, 1 single adult and a 3 year old). It was very hot the weekend we visited and the house had window air conditioners in each room that worked well to keep things cool enough to sleep comfortably. The basement had a cute game area that we didn't really have time to use. It also had a modern washer and dryer that was easy to use.We had a little trouble accessing the house upon arrival but the host was responsive to messaging and helped us get in.Our only negative was that we had a handicapped member of our party (can walk but needs to sit to shower) who found the toilet area and shower too tight to be comfortable. But the property was advertised as not handicap accessible, so not the host's fault.We would rent from this host again.

Great place to stay! Beds were comfortable and the rooms Stayed nice and cool. Only complaints are the bedroom doors stick really bad and there is a pretty decent size gap between the house and deck.

The house was very clean. External cobwebs should be removed from entrances. Host was gracious with my needs to have family over for the day. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Plenty of towels, children accommodations etc….over all very homey. We are so happy to find this gem!
