The property is in a great location...on the beach. The deck was new, and it's an easy walk to the sand. The property is older and outdated, but the space is great for a large family. We especially liked the ability to close off two areas for use of the sofa beds, giving privacy to those who slept there. The owner is VERY responsive in answering questions.

We had a wonderful week at Bray’s Rays with our family. We like the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The dining table is huge, which accommodated our family of 12. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable.

Location was great and the beach was wonderful. Older home kind of dirty, old lighting and bathrooms. Old small refrigerator, ice maker didn’t work. No outside shower..under the house where the grill was had construction material, paint rollers, electrical debris. No comfortable furniture on the decks just old plastic chairs..A/C worked but some rooms were not as comfortable as others..Just a few minor upgrades would have made it great.

This is a great house that needs special attention . Tha layout is perfect for my family but it needs much needed repairs before I will rent again. I sincerely hope these are addressed before next Thanksgiving.
Cliff is a good host and responds to any concerns promptly.
