Welcome to this hidden gem on Lake Iseo! This stunning Art Nouveau-style home, built in the late 1800s and recently renovated, awaits you to offer an unforgettable experience. Imagine waking up every morning to a breathtaking view of the lake, in a corner of Marone where the climate is mild even in winter. The well-maintained and furnished garden is perfect for relaxing outdoors, far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city. The bedroom, with its stone walls and elegant furnishings, is a true haven of peace. The spacious and well-equipped bathroom will ensure your utmost comfort. The living room, with its comfortable sofas and armchairs, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find the public beach, public parking, and the boat dock. Nearby, you’ll also find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the train station. In the courtyard, there’s another apartment and an annex with two apartments, but don’t worry: the outdoor areas are shared by all guests and my family. Come discover this little slice of paradise on Lake Iseo and let yourself be pampered by the beauty of the landscape and the tranquility of the place.
