Perfect location for Legoland. The house is beautiful, and very well appointed.

It was nice to use the pool when we were having down time. Good location for Legoland and beaches.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Convenient to our needs. The pool was a great time. The house needs a bit of dusting as several cobwebs. But it was still a great stay. It’s close to shopping and freeway. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so excited to stay at this house. We had our family of 4 and two grandparents with us for spring break. The kids shared a room with bunk beds and the other adults each had a bedroom. We enjoyed the pool, the close location to amenities, and the space for everyone. However, there were definitely things we were frustrated with. First, the owner told us the pool was going to be cold. We could pay extra to have it heated; we agreed. However, he tried to get us to pay him via Venmo which is against VRBO rules. We went back and forth with this (I do not do payments outside of the official booking for both parties' protection), and he finally let us pay through VRBO. The pool was heated when we arrived so that was nice. However, the pool was pretty dirty and the pool vacuum went clear across the pool. We cleaned it as best as we could, but we asked if we could remove the vacuum when it wasn't cleaning. The hose was long and kept us from easily swimming from one side to other. The owner told us we could not remove it. The pool toys were all in an outdoor tub and covered in mold. We did appreciate the outdoor speaker and furniture and liked to hang out there after dark. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. People sunk in the sides of the cushions like the frame was broken. And none of the bedrooms had overhead lights. They only had side lamps, which made the rooms really dark.Overall a nice stay but for the prices, we were a little disappointed.
