The second bedroom offers a further queen bed, and the third has two bunk beds, sleeping five between them. Upstairs, a loft area opens onto a large balcony with coastal views, with two double sofa beds and an additional folding bed available, bringing total capacity to 14 guests. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries, plus a separate toilet with basin for guests to use.

The open-plan living and dining area flows out to an undercover patio with a BBQ and pizza oven, and the living room has plush seating in front of a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access.
