Welcome to Urban Myrtle Bungalow, one of the closest (if not the closest) accommodations to Magnolia Market/Silos. You are greeted with the warmth of this eclectic contemporary home from the moment you step in. Even though it is not a Gaines Fixer Upper, it has all the charm of one that you could ask for, including a kitchen feature wall with one of Joanna's first released tiles. Urban Myrtle showcases a reclaimed wood-and-white interior, a slight boho-chic aesthetic, an open-plan living/kitchen area, and AMAZING bedrooms and baths. The private completely fenced backyard includes an outdoor covered patio dining space and inviting fire pit, complete with a s'mores kit! It has been operating as a vacation rental since 2017 with over 400 5 Star Reviews across platforms.
