This property was nicely appointed and seemed to be well maintained. However we felt it was rather sterile, with few touches to add warmth and a “homey” feeling. It also lacked a couple of items that could have made our stay a little more pleasant. For example, the pool lounge chairs were excellent, but there were no little tables to put a beverage on while we were lounging. Not a big deal, but annoying enough that we went to Target and bought one. Also, except for one in each bathroom and the one in the kitchen island, there were no waste baskets. Again not a big deal, but just inconvenient enough that we picked up a couple of $6.00 plastic ones. The impression we got is that this is an investment property, and adding some little things that might have made it nicer for us, we’re not deemed necessary. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but we would probably not choose to rent there again.

The home was lovely and clean! We were a party of 2 and chose the property for it’s amenities… namely the pool and spa. Unfortunately neither we’re working properly. Pooneh (the property manger) was great an attempted to assist best she could. The pool professional came 1 week into our 2 week stay. He found a wiring issue and attempted to repair it. The next day he came back and said a new pump was required and the heaters max BTU output was only 50% of what a pool this size requires. Once these are addressed and repaired this will be a 5 star property.
