The home is attractively decorated, has a well set-up kitchen, and was comfortable. We very much enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony where we got to finally see 2 Puerto Rican parrots playing in a nearby tree! The home is conveniently located, close enough to stores, restaurants, and popular attractions but also far enough away to be peacefully quiet. Our host was very helpful, polite, responsive to our questions, and overall just a pleasant person.

The place was as described, cute and cozy. The owner was responsive to questions and needs, the place was clean and in an area we felt safe. Good restaurants and a small market nearby. Perfect for us, we will stay again when we're in the area.

This property reminded me of the old saying about putting lipstick on a pig. I was disappointed to find that the place is not a nice as other reviewers stated. The pictures make the place look nice, but what you don't see or hear from the other reviewers is that some of the furniture is broken, the linens were stained, the water backs up in the shower (yuck!), and the dryer didn't work. Additionally, the description doesn't mention the tenant(or maybe the owner) lives downstairs. This could be a great place if the owner gave it more attention. As for us, we made do during our four day stay but I won't rent here again, or recommend it to others.
