New furniture and appliances (microwave and refrigerator, washer and dryer) in the common room. Keurig coffee machine provided. A camping stove is available for cooking. Free, time-limited street parking or on-site parking for a small fee. Pets are welcome ($16/stay).

It is not a one bedroom. It is a studio with a kitchen that has no stove and the bare essentials. Coffee, no tea, 4 forks, 3 knives, 3 plates, bowls. But the location is great and it was quiet. The owner was good at communicating.
