The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Each with two twin beds sharing a full bath.
The second bedroom suite has a comfortable queen-size bed with its own private full bath.

The heated pool area is equipped with a gas grill, a dining table seating 6, an outdoor love seat with a coffee table .

Briarwood is a gated community just minutes from downtown Naples, beaches, and shopping.
