Plan your island getaway in this beautiful, oceanfront home newly renovated in early 2024. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from several rooms and the cool ocean breezes as you relax on the large deck, screened porch or the dune-dock seating area. This mid-century modern home offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it perfect for up to 14 guests. Spend time together in the spacious living room with family movie night or just catching up.
With brand new paint and luxury vinyl flooring throughout, the entire inside of the home is refreshed while new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans add an additional modern touch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for large “home-cooked” meals. The adjacent dining area is open to the living room and offers spectacular ocean views as well as boasting expanded and updated seating!King-size beds are provided in 3 of the bedrooms. The additional rooms have 1 with a Queen-size bed, 1 with a Queen-size bed and 1 twin, and 1 with a full-size bed and 1 twin. All 6 bedrooms provide streaming TVs.Located just south of center island, the nearest beach access is just a few step away.Pets are not allowed at this property.Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

View is amazing. Listing showed getting a golf cart but wasn't honored. Amenity cards are not included with this home and are expensive after they add all the fees so this house cost us a lot more in the end. House itself was great. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms are a little strange with all the sharing but it worked. I would consider this home again due to the views.

We loved our stay here. We had a family party of twelve and felt it was the best room set-up we had ever had on a beach trip. The house was so close to the beach. There were plenty of kitchen appliances, so that was great. Seating for dinner and movie-watching was great in both of those areas. We really benefitted from having two larger fridge spaces plus a small fridge space! The house was clean, in good repair, and we had a great trip. Hope to return next year!
