Just a mile off the highway this modern glamping site is close to restaurants and attractions while being on a retreat like setting. Grab a blanket and curl up next to the bonfire for a beautiful sunset with a complimentary smore pack or just turn on the gas power fire pit on the covered patio. Walk nearby trails or visit Wire Road brewery which are both less than a mile away. Or visit the nearby Bass pro or the Wilson’s Creek national civil war battlefield. The unit has a disconnected bathhouse with a hot shower and a clean compost toilet for your exclusive use. You can cook on the fire, use the gas grill, or hit 1 of many nearby restaurants. The unit has a microwave with complimentary popcorn, a Keurig coffee with complimentary coffee and hot choc, as well as a mini fridge with free bottled water. We are 32 miles from Branson making it a base camp for a great day trip.

We had a wonderful time! It was secluded but yet just minutes away from anything we wanted or needed. We attended the Light the way festival while there so we didn’t get to enjoy much of the property but it was also very hot outside. We would love to return when we can just hang out here and enjoy and explore the nature here and in Springfield. Craig met us at the property and made sure we had all we needed for our stay and asked that we let him know of anything that came up. He was close by if we needed anything but never bothered us after check in. I would definitely stay again!

Personally, I just needed a place to rest for my return trip home, however, this location offered so much more than I anticipated! Craig was a great host and I appreciate him taking the time to provide me with a tour and to share all the amenities. Likewise, my pup enjoyed the free range to run around and smell every and anything. Great place. Highly Recommend!

Property was private and in a beautiful spot. It rained a lot while I was there, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the mowed paths, however, hopefully I’ll be back through the area for a longer stay. Host was very friendly and welcomed my pugs. I have seen earlier reviews about the ants, but other than some sugar ants, there were no other worse bugs(you know what I’m talking about, no creepy crawlers to worry about). Very nice spot. Having a Wal-mart 5 minutes away was very helpful, too.
