Wonderful Waco 1930's cottage completely restored just blocks from The Silos and Baylor. The location is ideal for Baylor games and events or visiting the Silos and all Waco has to offer. The cottage is comfortably furnished with antiques, a spa-like bath with a deep copper Japanese soaking tub, and Kitchen-Aid and Nespresso appliances. This home is adorable, functional, and homey. The shower kept going from hot to cold, I couldn’t get it to just stay warm. Also I couldn’t get the tv to work in the bedroom, I just couldn’t figure it out.

Very clean. That is my key factor when choosing a place to stay. Only appliance I used was the coffee maker. Host was easy to communicate with-I had a few questions & the reply was quick. Driving to “the silos” is more realistic vs walking. Don’t forget your shampoo & shower soap as that isn’t provide. Make reservations for Magnolia restaurant-it’s busy but good. Health Camp has great burgers!! The Dr Pepper Museum is good too.

It worked for a place to stay, but needs improvement on climate control and front door screen replaced. The climate control debices are very noisey and makes sleep difficult. Otherwise inside done nicely but too crammed with furniture
