It would not be considered handicapped accessible. The first floor has one bedroom with two twin beds and a second smaller bedroom with bunk beds. It sleeps approximately 16+ adults and there is a child size single sofa sleeper in one of the king bedrooms. There is direct access to the West Mountain hiking trail from the back yard. The house is one block off of Central Avenue and you can walk to the downtown area. There is on street parking in front of the house as well as a parking lot and free parking garage within a block of the house. Parties and celebrations are allowed but we request that they are limited to house guests only. We have lowered our nightly rates, reduced our cleaning fees and completely removed the administration fee, making our property a much better price point than other listed properties.
