Casa Del Sol is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home for up to 9 guests in Grande Pointe, a private waterfront community in Inlet Beach alongside Camp Helen State Park. The home is just 1 block from the Grande Pointe community pool, and nature paths through the neighborhood lead to Lake Powell and the community dock.
The main floor is built around an open living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and a wide variety of cooking utensils and small appliances. Just outside the kitchen, a generous patio has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A half bath is also located on the first floor.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of twin-over-twin bunks plus a twin trundle. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Grande Pointe at Inlet Beach is a private community of more than 30 acres alongside Camp Helen State Park and overlooking Lake Powell. Upscale homes are set among preserved native foliage and large trees, giving the neighborhood a private, natural feel. A lakefront pavilion serves as a gathering spot for special events, and nature paths lead to Lake Powell, the community dock, and the community pool. Casa Del Sol is located just 1 block from the community pool.
TRANSPORTATION
A golf cart is not included with this rental, but one can be rented through a preferred partner.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of perfect. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with spotless rooms, and thoughtful touches. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space became our favorite spot to unwind after long days in the sun.
The location was great — a short walk to the beach and to Rosemary, close to great restaurants, yet peaceful enough to feel like our own private escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway.

We had a terrific time! The home was so comfortable, it has a great flow of space, easy access to all we needed. We will certainly come back again .

The house we stayed in was exactly what we were expecting. It was so lovely, very clean, had the things that we needed, and the owners did a great job with their place. I would recommend this house to anyone! It was so lovely. It made our weekend so much better because the house was so awesome.

The house was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. I appreciated that they even thought of the little things: hand soap (not just bar soap), laundry baskets, lots of hooks for hanging towels/swim suits. The location was great! We love the pool. The guys enjoyed getting to fish from the dock and it was easy to get to the beach!
