Welcome to the Hafenloge, a Baltic Sea vacation apartment in the Bollwark Residence. The Bollwark Residence, consisting of four apartment buildings, is located on the northern pier of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and is surrounded by the sea on three sides.

A special highlight: The building features a modern wellness area with a sauna and swimming pool available for your free use—ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach or during dreary Nordic weather.

A small flight of stairs leads from there to the entrance. The “Hafenloge” apartment, located on the third floor, is easily accessible by elevator and can accommodate up to four people. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly into the living room at the back. A floor-to-ceiling window spanning the entire area ensures plenty of natural light. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with everything a home cook could wish for (e.g., wine cooler, DeLonghi capsule coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher). A separate kitchen island with a built-in range hood and two bar stools in front of it is perfect for cooking together and/or casual chats. Meals can then be enjoyed either at the nearby dining table or on the balcony.

The wind-protected corner balcony, with its high-quality lounge furniture, offers an unobstructed, sweeping view of the Baltic Sea and the harbor all the way to Weidefelder Beach at any time of day. Pure relaxation is the order of the day here, as you can watch sailboats, wild birds, or—with a little luck—even the rare porpoises that live in the area as they swim by. Enjoying a sundowner at sunset after a wonderful day on vacation is (almost) unbeatable!

The living room furniture—consisting of a cozy three-seater sofa, two color-coordinated club chairs, and an adjustable coffee table—reflects the modern character of the decor. A smart TV provides entertainment when needed.

The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the right and left sides of the apartment. A floor-level rain shower ensures a refreshing spa experience. A sink, toilet, heated towel rack, hair dryer, radio, and a large, backlit mirror round out the high-quality amenities. Especially during longer stays, access to the washing machine in the Bollwark complex is particularly convenient. You’ll find the coin-operated machine in Building 2.

Double box-spring beds guarantee a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer an unobstructed view of the water in both bedrooms, can be darkened with curtains.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a shared basement. A marked parking lot is available for arriving guests in front of the building.

Just a few minutes’ walk away is the freely accessible sandy beach of the bathing cove at the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort.
