The Lake House main level has cantilevered decks that connect the great outdoors to the vaulted great room. This spacious indoor & outdoor living filling the space with light and natural air. It's a great gathering space for cocktails & snacks as you cast your eyes upon the vast expanse of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Don't miss the colorful sunsets each night and stargazing while keeping cozy under the heat lamp. The Kitchen is a hub for gathering and planning the day's events.
The lake shore beach has a large fire pit with seating and has (2) flanking tiered decks to lounge about in the shade or bask in the sun. A cozy Cabana provides a good place to nap while listening to the lapping waves or grab a cold beverage and get changed in privacy. The floating dock safely harbors your watercraft and is the jumping off point to all your leisure adventures.
The open upper loft houses 2 semi-separate bedrooms with views of the lake & forest and a shared full bath. One side of the loft has 2 queen beds & 1 single bed in a shared space. The other side has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and closet. The Master bedroom is on the main level with a full suite bathroom & laundry.
There is full garage attached to house and the driveway is shared with our neighbors. The driveway has a 35-degree descent from the road. There is also parking available off the main road.

Driftwood Cabin was such a beautiful place for our friends and family gathering. There was everything we could need for prepping meals, watching tv, reading, and just lounging. We mostly enjoyed our time by the lake with the provided paddle boards and beach towels. We Will definitely book with Michelle to stay here again!

I stayed here for my bachelorette, and the views were stunning! The girls and I had so much fun, and the communication was great whenever we had a question!!

Truly unique! We had so much fun enjoying all the details and decor throughout the cabin. It feels like the quintessential family lake cabin you see in the movies, complete with family photos and personal touches that give it so much character.The view is absolutely stunning. We could have spent all day on the deck or dock taking it all in. If you’re looking for an authentic lake cabin experience, this place delivers. Five stars for the cabin feel and incredible setting.This property is ideal if your plan is to rent a boat and spend most of your time on the lake. It’s about 40 minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene, so plan ahead and bring groceries and supplies, as there are very few nearby amenities aside from a small gas station.A few things to consider: the shoreline is made up of large rocks, so it may not be the best fit for families with young children looking for a beach area to play. If you plan to spend a lot of time dining, shopping, or exploring downtown CDA, be prepared for quite a bit of driving. Looking back, the location wasn’t the best fit for our trip since we wanted to spend more time downtown and less time cooking.The beds were not very comfortable, and the bedding could use updating. We were also asked to strip beds and wash towels before checkout, which made departure feel a bit rushed compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in.Overall, if your goal is lake life, boating, relaxing on the dock, and enjoying spectacular views, this cabin is hard to beat.
