Recently renovated south facing Admiral’s Row unit new to the rental market with an easy walk to beach or pool with an ocean view.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers a world class beach, inspiring sunrises, pickleball and tennis, bike riding, Olympic size pool, two on-site restaurants/bars and fitness center. This second-floor condo has a large balcony featuring an ocean view and the soothing sound of the crashing tides. Golfers will have their choice of 33 public and private golf courses to play on.
The unit has a well-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa, cable TV and free Wi-Fi internet. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, on-suite bathroom, and cable TV. The guest room has two twin beds, a large closet, and a separate shower/tub bathroom. All linens are supplied including beach towels. The unit has a dedicated HVAC.
Ready for a spectacular beach day on one of HHI’s most beautiful beaches? Beach chairs, toys, cooler, umbrella and wagon are all provided for the perfect beach day! The beach boasts incredible sunrises, swimming, body surfing, walking or biking. This is the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in! This condo had everything you could think of--we really didn't need to bring half the stuff we did! Kitchen is well stocked, with nice pots and pans, all utensils/dishes etc you could need. There is a wagon, canopy, chairs and sand toys too--all in nice shape and super usable. Property was very clean and exactly as described. The host (Jennifer) was super helpful and responsive and made the check in and check out seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great communication from the host. She checked on us several times during our stay. This was one of the most well stocked condos we’ve ever stayed in! They have thought of everything you might need. Don’t bother bringing any beach gear, the condo has it all…beach chairs, canopy, wagon, beach toys, and boogie boards! Beach access is a breeze. Very quite complex with tons of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at beach and tennis and we will definitely be back. Very kid friendly. My 2 year old had a blast in the kiddie pool and my 4 year old loved sno cones at the pool. The only down fall was there was not a washing machine in the condo but there was access to one down the hall to pay to use. This is the first time we have stayed at a condo where the washing machine was not in the room. But that would not stop us from staying here again. The condo had beach chairs which was a plus. No wagon though. I wish there was one with having little ones it would of helped us out alot. I always re clean the bathrooms anwhere i stay at and there were a couple of hairs in the bath tub. But other than that it was very clean. The condo was stocked with your basic needs as far as dish soap, pots and pans. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at HHB&T resort multiple times over the years and usually stay at Admirals Row. This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The booking, check in, and check out process and overall communication was very good. The condo was very well stocked and had a lot of amenities. The condo has been upgraded and you can tell the owner takes pride in offering guests a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
