The elevator not working should get you a discount. It was out when we booked and still out. A couple of the bathroom faucets are plumbed backwards, one bedroom door ( the second bedroom) handle is extremely loose and the toilet ran sometimes. However, it is a great condo and lots of space and would be a great place for snow birds. Kitchen is stocked well. They did not supply and starter shampoo but we had packed our own. Access to beach is perfect.

The only complaint I have is the beach chairs. They were too small. We wound up renting chairs. Other than that, it is a beautiful place and we will be back. Due to how close to the beach, I would have decent chairs for your guests.

The house is in a great location- so easy to get to beach. Provided all beach supplies. House was roomy- kitchen was stocked. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Would recommend and would stay again.
