1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

This is a very unique property spread out over multiple floors. It is cozy and perfect for a couple or up to four guests. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient. There is a small kitchenette as well as a dining/sitting room - this room is a bit cramped with furniture. Overall the property was nice.There are multiple doors into the unit so we made sure they were all locked. Guests will have a code to enter the building and then one to enter the unit. Late at night that exterior entrance can get loud.There is also an outdoor patio on top of the building that you can access via stairs.The unit is very close to the Village and to a beautiful park. This part of Montreal has hills so be prepared for some climbing. :-) The surrounding neighborhood is nice. Parking is a pain as most of the spots around the unit are paid and the free spots have restrictions on certain days and times (we received a violation). Access to Metro and Bixi is easy.

Appreciated having laundry right in the apartment, everything very clean and comfy bed. A bit strange to have to go up or down stairs to get from one room to another

What you see IS NOT what you get ...Could be "charming" but it is badly maintained , dirty and unsafe for children and even "seniors" ( no hand-rails , uneven and unexpected stairs ..) We also found a surprising pending extra charge on our credit card after we left , which we had to get Vrbo involved in resolving this issue.
