The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed and stocked with everything you need. The property is very near all the amenities on Kiawah and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive to all of our needs. The property was very clean. The only minor suggestion is dusting a few areas such as the ceiling fans and a few other areas. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is clean and modern. Kitchen is stocked well to cook meals. The location is perfect for biking to the beach or Freshfields for shopping. Love the screened in porch for morning coffee.

Everything was excellent. The only thing we would do the next time get something on the first floor due to the stairs I had to climb. other than that everything was superb.
