This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom houses two queen beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Condo needs some updating. Pocket doors and living room rug need replaced. Kitchen is lacking basic essentials, such as dish towels, pot holders, and nonbreakable glasses. Location is great, plenty of parking, elevators did not take long. Nice pool however some of the rules are extreme such as no outside food or drink. Onsite bar and restaurant is expensive.

Beautiful condo and property. Beds need replaced, need a vacuum or and dust mop to clean under beds and behind furniture (very dusty/dirty ), need pot holders( none in unit) dryer took forever to dry clothes. I also had another unit which was dusty/dirty also and beds need replaced and master bedroom always hot. Booked 1st condo thru Royal American 2nd thru VRBO. Employees were great. But will not do a return booking.
