Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
The property dates from the 15th century and is located in a picturesque street in the historic center of the village of Loreto Aprutino. In 2019 the house was beautifully renovated and equipped with modern facilities. The thick walls provide coolness in the summer and keep the cold outside in the winter. The authentic elements of the house, such as the vaults and the stone floors, were restored to their original glory.
The roof terrace offers the possibility to enjoy the wide view with a nice glass of wine. The unique pieces of furniture and the warm, romantic atmosphere give this holiday home a lot of character and soul. In short, you will quickly feel at home here.

This property was exactly as represented. It was so beautiful inside and had views for days. The owners shared recommendations from restaurants to grocery stores. The location was perfect for exploring the village. We only needed the car to take a tour at one of the nearby wineries. The home itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and laid out. A neighbor greeted us upon arrival with keys, a tour and a history lesson of the property and the village. We felt at home from the moment we stepped over the threshold. It was the best part of our 2 weeks in Italy. We hope to return another time. Thank you Eric and Rita for providing this lovely home!

Well equipped location near the top of the old town with excellent views of the beautiful valley. The property is a great place to stay in cooler weather, unfortunately we came during the hottest part of the year. Eric and Rita were wonderful and communicative hosts and their recommendations of places to eat were spot on.

We absolutely loved this home. It was quiet, clean, and had every amenity that we could have ever needed or wanted. There is ample parking within an easy walk, a great choice of places to eat and drink, and extremely friendly people of this welcoming village.
Thank you for sharing your home with us, I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway that is an easy drive so many beautiful locations.
