This is a townhouse with two units. Both units have separate, private entrances. The units do share a laundry area that is located outside, downstairs. The laundry area has its own private entrance as well.
Please be advised that the driveway and the neighboring street tend to flood with heavy rains and this is outside of our control.
Travel insurance is recommended for hurricanes and other natural disasters. Travelers with insurance may be eligible for a refund. We will not refund due to said circumstances.
Be sure to grab any groceries or extra items you might need during your stay on your way in. Fort Morgan is a quiet area, but should you forget anything Sassy Bass Market and Dollar General are just down the street.
Start-up amenities provided are: toilet paper, 1 use paper towels, 1 use liquid dish soap, 1 use dishwasher soap, 1 use laundry detergent. All bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided. You are required to bring any personal things you might need during your stay such as, but not limited to; any food and drink items, coffee filters/coffee, extra paper towels or toilet paper, napkins, hairdryers, toiletries, phone chargers, etc.
A reservation request may not be approved after 48 hours.
Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping, drug use, and illegal activity.
Rental agreement is required to be signed and will be sent after confirmation.

The house was perfect for our family of four, it even had a pack and play for our baby! The view is amazing, the space is clean and updated. Our favorite was opening the curtains in the morning to see the water and sit on the porch. The beach is a short walk. Overall, I would have given this spot 5 stars but I was disappointed in communication from the host. We never received a message from the host, only long automated messages that did have a lot of information but I sent several messages letting the host know the link to sign the rental contract was not working and I never received a reply, and then I sent a message at the end of our stay about extending our stay but never received a reply so we left. Overall I would stay here again but would just expect no real communication from the host.

Our senior want to plan a small trip with his friends brother and father before he got called to go basic training for marine. They enjoy every minute of their time down there. They said the house was amazing and clean.

Perfect place for a getaway!! The unit was clean and stocked with everything to get you started. The beach was not crowded at all and easy to access. We enjoyed our stay here!
