This 3-bedroom features 3 king bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. The unit also provides garage parking for 1 midsize car and a 2nd assigned space outside, a private elevator, and rooftop terrace. The Biltmore Estate and the Grove Park Inn are also just a short drive away.

Truly enjoyed staying at this rental. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable Great touch with the supplies they provide for the stay. Great location for walking to bars and restaurants. Short drive to shopping and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property, close to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. My only complaint is that there wasn't a notebook explaining various things we wanted to know - like about the tv remote, location of the outside parking place, how to turn on the dishwasher and suggested close by restaurants. We asked several questions of our hosts, which they promptly answered, but providing that information up front would have been a good idea.

Great condo in a great location. The unit is incredibly spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. We could easily walk to breweries, restaurants, music at the Orange Peel and shopping in town. The management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
