A nice swing as well as a Pawley's Island hammock are also available for relaxing downstairs A new stationary dock is available for sunbathing as well as a floating dock for boating. House is complete with amenities like a well equipped kitchen, dining area with a view, 5 tv's, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters .An ice machine and a second refrigerator are available under the house. There is also an outside private shower . Beach chairs, 2 kayaks, and 2 bikes can be found under the house. Beach access is located at the end of Marlin Drive which is a 3 minute walk from the house.
