The adjacent dining area offers seating for four at the table and additional seating for four at the bar. The kitchen has new stainless appliances. Also, features both a Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee drip pot. The master bedroom offers a king bed with nightstand, dresser, and new 42" Roku television. The second bedroom offers a king bed with a memory foam mattress, nightstand, dresser, and television. Additional sleeping is available in hallway berth bunkbeds (suitable for children).

The complex also offers an outdoor pool, shower, and grilling area. The beach is just a very short walk from the complex. Beach unbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach.
