Enjoy this custom built home in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! Located on the corner of Dune Lane and Sandpiper, this luxury home is just two rows back from the beach and can accommodate up to 16 of your closest friends and/or family.
The main level of the home has a large, spacious living area that has plenty of seating for your entire family with 2 coastal blue sofas and 2 recliner chairs. There is a beautiful built-in electric fireplace and a large 65” flat panel Roku TV. This room flows nicely into the fully equipped kitchen where there is a breakfast island with seating for six, as well as, a large dining table with seating for 8. The living and dining areas provide access to a screened in porch, an elevator that goes to all floors, as well as the new upstairs deck complete with your own private pool & hot tub, a Charbroil propane grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for six. There are two driveways and the two car garage for ample parking. The garage features a ping-pong table and shuffleboard game table with 6 stools.
The first of four master bedrooms is located just off the living area on the main level. There is a king bed, 55” Roku TV and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower, soaking tub and two single vanities. A second master bedroom on this level also has a king bed, 55” Roku TV and a private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The third master bedroom on this level has a wood framed king bed, 65” Roku TV and access to the deck with 4 rocking chairs and 4 small tables. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a large double vanity and walk-in shower.
On the upper level there is a spacious, second living area with sectional couch, large 65” flat screen TV and a walk out to the second floor screened-in porch, overlooking the pool, hot tub and sundeck. This living area also features a wet bar, coffee station and dishwasher.
The fourth master bedroom is just off the upstairs living area and features a king bed, 55” Roku TV, fold down desk with USB ports and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Another bedroom on this level features a wooden sleigh king bed, 65” Roku TV and private bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
On this floor there is also a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” Roku TV, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with large walk-in shower and single vanity.
