NOT your cookie cutter flip house, many years of custom design forward love went into the renovation of this extremely rare 1200 sqft one story open floor plan home. Located in the most accessible, popular, & friendly neighborhood in Pittsburgh. Surrounded by long time owner-resident neighbors, well lit at night, and conveniently located within walking distance of award winning restaurants, bars, bowling, art galleries, movie theaters, parks, and bridges. Super cozy and private rear deck / outdoor-space to relax.

We really enjoyed this home. It’s beautiful and comfortable, with thoughtful design touches. Our stay there was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Lawrenceville on foot. It looks just like the photos, so if it looks like your kind of place, it probably is!

We were in Pittsburgh for the U.S. Open Golf Tournament and was looking for a place to stay convenient to Oakmont. Christopher's place was perfect being good location for access to the course and a great taste of old Pittsburgh. The property was very clean and modern with everything we needed for a great stay. Christopher was very easy to communicate with and was available anytime we needed him. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for access to the many attractions in downtown Pittsburgh and time in a quaint older part of the city. We enjoyed our time here very much.
