Our stay was beautiful as well as the room. Very disappointed since both pools were closed and I specifically asked if they’d be open during our stay and was told yes. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and the pools were closed.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view. The AC unit is loud especially since it’s in the master bedroom. Can’t wait to see the finished product from the renovation that’s taking place. Wish the unit had a washer and dryer, however there is one in the common area of the floor just inconvenient. But we will most likely stay here again.

This condo is beautiful! Very pretty decorated and has everything you would need. Our only complaint (which is not the condo owner's fault) is the parking situation is terrible. There aren't enough spaces so you have to park in 'overflow parking' which is 3 blocks down in a sketchy dark lot and then cross Destin's busiest road on foot to get back. I wish they allowed one car per condo and all other cars go to overflow but it's first come first serve.

First of all, the staff at Sun Destin is very friendly. 1603, though, is in need of serious cleaning. Stains COVER the couch and chairs. We put a sheet over them before we sat on them. The small bathroom had not been cleaned and the light over the vanity was out. The front desk made an appointment for maintenance to come at 9:00 am to replace it. We waited until 9:30 and no show. It was our first day at the beach and so we didn’t wait any longer. The bed is up on blocks, not a bed frame, therefore it sags in the middle.
The beach is more crowded than neighboring properties. The entire complex is full of young families who choose not to rent an umbrella and set up their own.
We focused on the amazing view, but we would not choose this property again.
