Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean view condo located on the 3rd floor of The Resort at Gulf Shores Plant-ation This fully furnished condo sleeps 6 and will provide everything you need in one place. The kitchen comes well-appointed with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, crock pot, electric skillet, coffee pot, and much more. You will also have a separate wet bar with a Keurig. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well. The dining room has a table and 4 chairs. The living room offers 2 comfy side chairs and a full size sleeper sofa along with a 55” flatscreen tv,.The master and 2nd bedroom both provide a Queen bed and flatscreen tvs.
The balcony has seating for 2 and a charcuterie table. It comes with a gulf view! You will have approximately 150 steps to the board walk that leads you to the beach front. A wealth of onsite amenities make it hard to leave this exclusive Resort. THE PROPERTY: The grounds are extensive so plan to spend time exploring. The resort has six outdoor pools, hot tubs, and bath houses with restrooms. The Nest, attached to building 4, houses the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room. The Nest is only accessible by an access key card which is provided in the condo. Other amenities include tennis and basketball courts, horse-shoe pits, shuffleboard and putting green. Stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. Relax and spend your day exploring the beach, collecting shells or building sandcastles. In the summer chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. Convenient outdoor showers are provided to wash the sand away. Unwind in a nice swing or get fired up and grill for the family on the provided outdoor grills. Ice is available onsite to keep your drinks cool and vending for snacks. Excellent food selections await you at the onsite Sassy Bass Island Grill which services breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Housekeeping will provide a starter kit including 1 roll of paper towels, a starter dishwasher pack, dishwashing liquid,1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, soap, and 1 trash bag in each can. Anything further the guest will provide for themselves.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this condo. Great location. Very family friendly. Many amenities. Had great water pressure. Beds were perfectly comfortable. Great communication with owner. Very responsive to all my questions. My kids loved playing with the “turtle and starfish” tic-tac-toe game that was available in this condo. Only downside the main pool near this condo #3, had to be closed several times while we were there for maintenance. We understand that but the next closest pool was for 21 years and older. In which my kids were not able to got there. So was asked to use the indoor pool but too nice out to be inside. Otherwise, things went well we had a great time. There was another outside pool but seemed busier. The pool issue wouldn’t keep us from coming back for it’s right on the beach . Felt safe having it be a gated/ secured community. Also, nice to have a restaurant, Sassy bass on site. DG right down the road. Beach toys available on boardwalk. “Take one, leave one” washer and dryer available on first level but only took quarters, which we didn’t bring change. But found that building #4 had washer and dryers that took cards. Read a book in library in the next room while clothes were washing. Thank you, Jennifer, we enjoyed your place!!

Our family of three had a great stay in this condo at Gulf Shores Plantation. We’ve stayed at this property a half dozen times and this is our favorite unit so far. Kitchen supplies were fine for the few meals we cooked. There was a wagon and some beach supplies in a closet. Everything was clean upon arrival. Most importantly, communication with the host excellent and nearly immediate every time we had a question.
