This cabin offers a BBQ grill for your culinary adventures. Relax in the rocking chairs, keep an eye out for wildlife, or savor the majestic mountain views from the picnic tables. Please note that there is parking available for up to three vehicles in front of the garage or in the loop driveway. Kindly be advised that the road leading to the property requires repair toward the end. For added safety during the winter months, we recommend the use of AWD or 4WD vehicles.

No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.

Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
