The location in the central metro area of San Juan makes it convenient for getting to the local attractions and the Munoz airport.
The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished and is clean and well equipped.
We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a very nice simple and clean two bedroom apartment. The on-property host was SUPER accommodating and responsive. The issue you must be aware of this is in a commercial lower class neighborhood. It is the “Dominican” neighborhood of San Juan PR called as “ Puerto Nuevo”. If you don’t mind an occasional SUPER LOUD automobile pass by with Merengue/Bachata music full blast at 11 PM or you sleep like a rock and won’t be awaken by thunder, then it’s not an issue.
I really don’t want to knock this property because for the price (PR is SUPER EXPENSIVE) you do get your money’s worth!

Host was excellent. My parking spot was taken one night but the host resolved it quickly and promptly. Would stay again.
