It's roughly 25-30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach via the Midpoint Bridge, 20-25 minutes by boat to Sanibel Island, 20 minutes to Shell Point, 15 minutes to Cape Harbour, and about 40 minutes to Pine Island and Matlacha. A small park with a boat launch sits just a mile from the home. On land, guests can also enjoy nearby Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve and Rotary Park with walking trails and kayak rentals.

Sleeping Arrangements

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Up to one small dog (20 lbs or under) is permitted with prior approval and a pet fee. No cats are permitted.
- The garage and master bedroom closet are not available for guest use.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
