This original Folly home circa 1927 has breath -taking front beach views with a porch designed to spend all your time relaxing. My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . I’m inviting you to come stay !

This was the perfectly laid out beach cottage! We loved our time here - the porch overlooking the ocean presented the perfect unwind moments and the ease of beach access is unbeatable. This home is clearly loved by its owners - so well taken care of, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped to meet any family’s needs. The outdoor shower was just the cherry on top!

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay on Folly Beach! The cottage is very clean & cozy, nicely decorated, plenty of parking, a huge deck on the back overlooking the beach, and directly on the beach! Communications with the host were superb, we received almost immediate responses from Sandra. We had an excellent stay…10 out of 10
