Close to the track and as described. Floors were a bit dirty throughout.

The host was very nice we truly enjoyed our stay the place was calm, beautiful, and extremely clean, which made everyone feel comfortable right away. Everything was well organized, and he made the entire process very easy and stress-free for our group. We really appreciated he’s hospitality, clear communication, and the peaceful atmosphere he provided. Thank you again for making our time there such a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all of us.

The house is very clean and neat and the location is absolutely perfect for the neaby concert location (walking distance!).The kitchen is well equipped and the 3 bathrooms make getting ready quite easy even for a larger group. The hot tub is fully functional and the water is kept in perfect condition.

Our family of 10 traveled from New York and spent the weekend. Josh was a great host. His communication was clear and his response to questions and concerns were fast. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and everyone enjoyed the house. Everything is as pictured. We were super close to stores and other entertainment. Would definitely book again!
